Job Title: Associate Vice President - Corporate Solutions Group

Job Responsibilities;

To achieve targeted sales and manage combined ratio of the - Corporate Solutions Group portfolio.

Job Profile:

- To guide, train and drive Managers in in vertical cities to generate insurance business through the CSG portfolio

- Setting up & Monitoring the team: Recruitment, Allocation/Productivity Management etc.

- To ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, control loss of business due to malpractice and adherence to compliance

- Budgeting, Planning, Development & Implementation of CSG Strategies.

- Regular performance reviews of Renewals the team & initiating changes where ever required.

- Developing and implementing strategies to motivate and develop the sales team.

Education Requirements: MBA/PGDM from Tier institutes

Age Criteria : 30 - 35 Years
