ICICI - Business Banking/Investment Advisor

Position Title: Business Banking Advisor/Investment Advisor- Wealth Management Group

Location: Pan India

Grade: MM II/ CM I

Job Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on products and services available on Business Banking, ensuring they are aware of and understand those that best meet their needs, and then securing a sale

- To increase the overall financial revenue being generated from the set of clients mapped/acquired along with Current Accounts, Trade & Forex and Business Loans targets by means of making recommendations to clients on best suitable products/services (existing as well as new) as per their business requirement

- Building a healthy GL book – Current Account and Fixed deposit; building a healthy asset base – Secured and unsecured loans; seamless and superior service delivery, compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements; achieving the target set on Current Accounts, Trade/Forex and Business Loans

- Providing coverage to the Wealth Relationship Managers (WMs) mapped to him/her and the corresponding clients mapped to the WMs

- Conducting in-depth reviews of clients’ Business based on existing Financial Profiler by analysing information and preparing plans best suited to clients' requirements

- Designing financial strategies and structure the offering in a cost-effective manner

- Promoting and selling Business Banking products to meet given sales targets

- Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified

- Ensuring regular updating of call reports in relevant system

- Ensuring need based product approach towards clients and regular reporting of product penetration

Key Skills:

- Ability to research information from various sources on Business Banking and process the information to make informed decisions

- Ability to Keep abreast with Business Banking products and legislation

- Ability to ensure compliance through regular process checks and self-audit scores

- Managing relationships to improve relationship value of existing customers

- Ability to train coach and train the wealth managers

Educational Qualification: Graduates / MBA Full Time

Work Experience: 10 years and above experience
