Job Role and Responsibilities: - Perform as a client interface-communicate with the customers - Meet with clients and ensure that their needs are understood - Regular Interaction with the customers and translating their requirements into training, support and delivery - Provide services to the customers related to the forex products (such as - Plain vanilla, forwards, currency and interest rate derivative etc. to various users as permitted by the regulation) as per their requirements and suitability - Monitor daily MIS - Co-ordinate with Relationship, Operations and Credit Teams. Deliverables: - Interact with senior management of corporate to acquire their forex and derivative business as well as provide solutions to their trade finance and international banking requirements - Advise corporate clients on sophisticated forex products like forwards, options, full currency swaps, interest rate swaps, etc. - Activation of clients on various online treasury platforms - Maintain relationship with the customers and deepen the relationship for future investments of the clients - Coordinate with monitoring and compliance team to adhere with regulatory guidelines
