Job Description : Relationship Manager-Credit Cards Reports to : Regional Head Sales Cards Positions Reporting to Role : Sales Officers &amp; Sales executives Job Role and Responsibilities : - Drive new client acquisition and deepening relationship via enhancing relationship value - Driving product penetration via Inbound and Outbound Channels like bank branches, direct marketing agents and alternate online and aggregator channels For inbound channels : - Liaison with bank branches- value bankers and privilege bankers and parallel product segments like Wealth, ETRG, Salary, etc. to be identify and tap the customer base and new customer leads For outbound channels : - Penetrate products by ensuring brand and product visibility by enhancing relationship with key stakeholders and providing product and service solutions - Find alternate business opportunities in the market to be able to derive value and return and leverage on parallel ecosystems - Conceptualise and implement effective campaigning strategies and promotional schemes at the branch and customer level - Identify and ensure product to customer segment mapping to be able to derive value - Undertake catchment and channel mapping exercise - Analyse market trends and sales figures to formulate a profitable business strategy. Nurture the sales executives by providing direction to be able to deliver targets - Engage with cross functional teams in order to ensure rendering of smooth products and services - Recommend changes at the product, process, policy and service level to be able to bring about superior quality solutions - Provide effective customer service and onboarding Skills and Competencies : Interpersonal Skills : - Ability to cut across various distribution channels for new client acquisition as well as tapping the existing customer base for pitching relevant products - Ability to strategise and implement key promotional activities Relationship Skills : - Ability to drive business via alternate business channels by leveraging on providing relationship value by effective business solutions and services and identifying key value generation Negotiation Skills : - Ability to drive the business agenda by negotiating a value deal with the channel partners - Ability to coach - Ability to handhold executives on subject matter and providing direction to fulfil the overall strategy Qualification : - Graduate /MBA with atleast 3 years of work experience Key Attributes : - Achievement Orientation - Relationship orientation - Persistent - Persuasive - Innovative - Learning orientation gain expertise - Compliance with conscience #NOLI
