ICICI Bank - Relationship Manager - Cash Management Service (7-15 yrs)
Transaction Banking Team focuses on a gamut of Corporate products like Current Account, Cash Management, Trade & Forex etc. It focuses on onboarding corporate customers also servicing the various corporate needs of the client.
- Achieve the CMS Fee and Current account balance of the various business unit in close co-ordination with the respective Business Units.
- Focus on Offline and Digital enable solutions and increase the penetration of the bank in the respective Market.
- Provide new product ideas and ideas related to process improvement and also share market intelligence with the central product team.
- Responsible for driving the Solutioning & Implementation of profitable Collection & Payment Deals for Cash Management product suite
- Working hand-in-hand with the Sales & Relationship Team(s) for exploring the Cash Management opportunities within the existing client base and new target clientele/segments
- Enhancement of the existing Income Base and Product Penetration in the Region
- Lead role for coordination with various internal teams for implementation and technical integrations for making the Deal LIVE
- Handholding the newly on-boarded clients for making them transaction active and support during troubleshooting scenarios while coordinating with various internal teams
- Conduct regular Training Sessions for Sales & Relationship Team(s) to build capacities and awareness on Cash Management Products
- Need to have clear knowledge of all CMS products on both Collection and Payment for products like e-Collection, Cash Solutions, H2H Payment Solutions, Tax, API banking, Payment Gateway, Escrow banking, Connecting banking and all Digitally enable CMS products like BBPS,UPI etc.
- Should have dealt with CMS sales and should have handled corporate & government clients
- Should have good presentation & Excel skills.
- Should also have knowledge on end to end process of implementation which lead from product solutioning to implementing the product for the client.
