Purpose of Job: The Regional Head (RH) will manage a state. He will be primarily responsible for the overall business development for Tractor Finance of the state &amp; enabling the sales environment by driving the key KRAs of the organization at a State level. Job Role and Responsibilities: - Driving sales targets (Logins and Disbursement) of the State - Driving profitability objectives by close monitoring of income &amp; expenses. - Managing a two layer team of Regional Head Sales (accountable for region level business) and Relationship/Sales Managers (accountable for location level business) - Monitoring &amp; evaluating the performance &amp; productivity of the sales team - Driving business growth through Dealer relationship management - Portfolio Monitoring. REGIONAL HEAD SALES - PERSONAL LOAN Job Role and Responsibilities: - Drive Credit Cards (CC) and Personal Loans (PL) (Secured and Unsecured) business through ICICI Bank branches - Create and drive alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels through a team of RM- s - Open up avenues for business through corporate channel - Mentor and guide the sales team to meet the organization requirements - Analyze business trends and sales figures to formulate new strategies - Initiate innovative promotional schemes to enhance visibility of CC &amp; PL in bank branches - Recommend modifications to current product and processes - Coordinate with product teams, credit &amp; operations teams to ensure a smooth flow of the business Deliverables: - Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team - Achieve sales targets - Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them - Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries - Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts Skills and Competencies: - Ability to ensure client satisfaction and delight by rendering prompt services - Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts - Ability to manage relationships with the existing clients and expand service renderings for hem to a wider range of financial products/services - Negotiation skills Regional Head Sales - Auto(RHS-Auto) Job Role and Responsibilities: - Manage Auto segment for the assigned region - Responsible for achievement of disbursement target by driving a team of RM's - Ensure increased penetration in market month-on-month - Ensure process adherence for timely disbursement of loan. RHS - ETRG Roles and Responsibilities: - Management of Commercial/ Trade &amp; Current Account relationships in business banking segment. - Responsible for leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers to achieve Trade Revenue for the given region. - Maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with the existing client base and grow the CASA &amp; Fee Book. - Sales of Trade Products like bills for Collections, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Treasury products. Credits and Acquire new trade relationship. - Originate and work with product groups as necessary to structure, execute and implement banking solutions for clients across all products. - Management of Commercial/ Trade &amp; Current Account relationships in business banking segment . - Acquire New Trade Finance and Forex clients . - Activate existing clients to start their trade and Forex transactions. - Acquisition of Corporate customers for Forex and Trade Services . - Respond to customer queries on a timely basis and handle customer satisfaction survey. Regional Head Sales Payment Solutions(RHS-Paysol) Reports to: National Head Sales - Payment Solutions - Products to be handled: Payment Solutions Products (INR Prepaid Cards, Closed User Group(CUG), Electronic Toll Collections (ETC)) Job Role and Responsibilities: - Management of key corporate relationships for payment solutions like INR Prepaid cards,CUG&amp; ETC - Acquire New corporate relationships for INR Prepaid Cards, CUG&amp; ETC - Ensure Gift cards (both retail &amp; corporate) business generation through allocated branches - Maintain internal relationships with various key stakeholders like Salary, TASC for support in driving INR Prepaid cards, CUG &amp; ETC business - Conduct regular branch and client visits and resolve customer queries - Retain existing clients and enhancement of INR Prepaid cards, CUG &amp; ETC business - Collaborate with several General Service departments e.g. cards operations to ensure clients receive quality service - Liaising with various stakeholders at client end in order to ensure query resolution within the prescribed TAT - Ensure Compliance to Internal &amp; External Guidelines on Payment Solutions - Enhance corporate relations and seek referrals for generation of incremental business Deliverables: - Number, value and income target achievement on all payment solutions products - Manage relationship with key corporates - Develop new relationships with customers to increase upload and accounts - Relationship management and increasing penetration in key existing corporates - One point contact for the region assigned -&nbsp;Focused approach towards achievement of respective income and acquisition plan - Responsible for giving the adequate market feedback to RHS/NSM for ensuring that the product is always in line with market expectations. - Manage the team of Relationship Managers. Skills and Competencies: - Written and oral communications skills - Experience in managing key corporate relationships - Knowledge of compliance of the bank - Ability to communicate &amp; convince to senior management of corporates regarding product benefits - Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement customer acquisition and service strategies - Ability to build and maintain relationship with corporate clients to ensure customer retention
