Job Description - Regional Credit Head-Small and Medium Enterprises

Background:

1- The candidate should be CA or MBA (finance) with 10 -12 years' experience preferably of the wholesale banking.

2- The candidate should have team leading experience of minimum 2 years with minimum 2-3 direct reports.

3- The candidate should have understanding of fund based and non-fund based lending products:

Fund based: Cash Credit, Overdraft, Term Loan etc.

Non fund based: Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee etc.

4- The candidate should have ability to work with multiple teams, identify the strengths and risks of credit lending proposals and should be able to logically engage with the sales team for the practical conclusions.

5- The candidate should have worked in relevant market for minimum 2-3 years. He should have some network in relevant market to conduct relevant due diligence and background checks for the potential borrower.

6- The candidate should have fair understanding of financial ratio analysis, banking conduct analysis and dedupes.
