Job Purpose: Development of technology intensive products along with Technology and Process team. Driving them along with sales team Area of Responsibility Sales and Product Development: - Responsible for the achieving number in his zone - Meeting clients and independent running of the assigned product - Understanding of the client / market requirement in detail - Ensuring product contours are in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines as issued from time to time by RBI / Ministry of Finance or any other regulatory body - Tracking of the numbers and ensure overall profitability at Product and Client level Training and sales responsibility - Organising training to sales team for the respective product - Creation of sales presentations / documents etc. to be submitted to client - Joining sales teams in sales calls and assisting them in presentation - Organising review with Zonal Heads along with sales teams Job Requirements/ Specification Qualifications : - MBA in Finance / Marketing from reputed institute or CA with first attempt. Graduation: - Preferably a BE with specialization in IT or Computer Science from reputed institute or B.Sc from Science background Technical Knowledge: - In addition to Academic qualifications, Certification or Course in any of the below category would be an added advantage: Networking, Information Security or Database understanding.
