Product Manager - Travel card The product manager will support the larger team with development of all aspects of the product line for the ICICI Bank Travel Card business. This dynamic position will provide a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing senior leaders across the organization. The position will offer an opportunity to : 1. Develop and implement Product & Marketing strategies for pricing, positioning etc. 2. Initiate and implement marketing programs to drive reload and usage on card 3. Collaborate with internal functions and achieve maximum results 4. Manage relationship with network partners to drive innovation and commercial arrangements 5. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth 6. Coordinate product launch activities along with lead operational teams to ensure successful customer experience and readiness DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Identifying critical gaps in the Forex product portfolio, developing and implementing product & Marketing strategies to drive customer reload 2. Central point of coordination for internal stakeholders, Operations, Technology and Other Business groups 3. Managing internal and external relationship like internal control groups, Compliance and Legal 4. Responsible for project management of various projects to expand the Forex Card category 5. Leads the thought process on customer segmentation and value propositions for the corporates and design new solution and customize existing solution based on feedback Desired Candidate Profile : UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG: MBA/PGDM
