ICICI Bank - Product Manager - Premium Cards

Background –

A leading private sector bank is looking for individuals, to manage portfolio of Premium Debit Cards.

Key responsibility areas:

- Responsible for managing Premium Debit cards portfolio

- Devising and executing customer engagement programs to activate Premium Debit Cards portfolio on various platforms like Ecommerce, Point of Sale purchase, International usage, money transfer etc.

- Working with Network partners like Visa/MasterCard and merchant partners to devise activation programs

- Preparation & analysis of monthly business dashboard for the vertical and forecasting the payments business

- Sourcing premium Debit Card customers through upgrade programs

- Respond to any queries and requests from Finance / Compliance / Operations /Customer Care / Customers and other stakeholders on the issues pertaining to the business

Skills/Experience Required:

- 2 years’ experience – pre-post MBA

- Good knowledge of Branding/Marketing in Financial Service industry

- Technologically sound

- Knowledge of MS office is a must

- Innovation and persistence

- Good spoken and written communication skills

Qualification:

- MBA from Premier Institutes
