Job Role and Responsibilities: The role entails the following 1. Developing the communication strategy and road map for Consumer Finance 2. Identifying channels that will be used to communicate the proposition to existing ICICI Bank Customers and Non Customers 3. Developing point of sale visibility elements 4. Working closely with the digital marketing team (Corporate brand group) to design the digital marketing campaigns for Consumer Finance 5. Tracking ROI for marketing communication 6. Enabling Sales Team with communication (Sales Detailer, Leaflets etc) to engage with customers 7. Develop new point of sale elements to drive visibility for the brand 8. Work closely with OEMs to drive visibility for ICICI Bank Consumer Finance in the OEMs- communication 9. Design of communication: email, notification, website update, training presentations etc Deliverables: 1. Drive visibility and awareness for ICICI Bank Consumer Finance 2. Design marketing campaigns that have optimal ROI 3. Drive High engagement with the pre-approved base of ICICI Bank customers Skills and Competencies: - Marketing background - Understanding of communication and design - Experience with an advertising agency will be preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent in time management Educational Qualifications: PG: MBA/PGDM - (Tier 1 / Tier 2 B school) Marketing, Experience: 2 years (Experience with an advertising agency will be preferred)
