Responsibilities: - Identifying new segments through market research and based macro-economic environment changes. Devising assessment methodologies for penetrating these segments. - Creating new product proposition by engaging with various control groups - Risk, Policy, Technical, Compliance, Technology - Creating pre-approved products for enhancing D2C business. - Working jointly with the technology teams for creating instant sanction and disbursement processes - Ensuring the right product mix of standard assessment, alternate assessment and high yield products by training and enabling ground teams - Actively engaging with SES teams in branch (Wealth BBS, ETRG, PB CA) for enhancing sourcing through branches - Ensuring the right book quality by keeping close watch on the portfolio and keeping delinquencies under check - Ensuring right sourcing mix through various channels with sizable business from branches to keep the sourcing cost under control
