Role : Product Manager - Education Loan Location : Mumbai Job Purpose : - Responsible to manage the entire product cycle from strategic planning based on the business goals to tactical activities - Extract & anticipate requirements from Sales / Credit team, pivot when needed - Responsible for designing innovative products and processes - Broker tie ups for new client acquisitions Area of Responsibility : - Work on originating Education Loan business through distribution channels - Interact with stake holders towards regular improvement in the Policy and Processes - Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to drive team projects - Achieve - buy-in- from internal stakeholders to ensure successful roll out of initiatives - Main responsibility for review and consolidation of monthly reporting - Responsible for planning, forecasting and budgeting of Education Loan business - Networking and maintaining contacts with commercially important customers and key decision makers - Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, rules and regulations including specifically Conduct Risk, AML & KYC requirements and other policies and procedures of the Bank - Undertake projects and assignments from time to time Interdepartmental and Operating Framework : - Interaction with Branch Team members, Customer Service Officers, Branch Managers, Marketing, Policy, Compliance, Operations, IT, Operations Risk, Finance, etc.
