Product Manager - Digital

Digital Channel :

Our main objective is to create product/features using existing technologies and the key technology trends for payments, banking and acquisition keeping customer centric approach.

For this the key areas are :

1. Interest in digital solutions, understand modern best practices and should have the foresight to identify emerging trends.

2. Passionate about customer experience and customer centric use cases to drive results using mobile solutions.

3. Should have insights in modern interactive design and development standards. Should be able to create roadmap for product, portfolio and collaborate with stakeholders.

4. Represent business objectives and feature solutions, optimize user experience through intuition, analysis of quantitative test data and qualitative research.

Key responsibilities are :

1. Develop consumer focused product strategy and vision to drive usage and retention

2. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications.

3. Work closely with technology/engineering team to deliver product to market and drive launches

4. Understand target audience needs in order to decipher their needs both stated and unstated

5. Leverage data to break down and analyze key trends and opportunities that we can solve with our core product.

6. Work with key stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop a product strategy and roadmap.

1. Strong in analytical and logical skills

2. Ability to think out of the box

3. Ability to critically assess conventional norms

4. Strong negotiation skills

5. Deep appreciation of digital technologies and how they can be used in creating seamless experiences

Ability to build structures and processes from new ideas

4. High energy and passion towards building digital models

5. Open to experimentation and engaging with new ideas
