- Understand & evaluate the market for new product roll-out. Gathering voice of business and design of industry specific Product & policies to impact the business numbers - Act as a subject matter expert to employees and provide clarifications on existing process /products /related features of the products/ polices related to existing products - Undertake projects and assignments necessary to simplify & streamline existing process - Manage large and sometimes complex cross-function projects. This involves preparation of business requirement, associate quantifiable measures and then placing development requirements - Keep track of business numbers related to Current Accounts, analysis of numbers and drive reviews with senior management for respective product - Knowledge sharing & guidance to team members to build a competent and strong team Key Skills: - Self-motivated, organized and pragmatic whilst being able to deliver under pressure - Strong attention to details and interpretation - Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to present case in a meaningful manner to business and cross functional teams - Ability to multi-task and prioritize - Has experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) - Ability to articulate with conviction using data points, market trends & logic
