Product Manager (Construction Realty Funding Group)  Grade: CMI/CMII  Reports to: Business Head - CRFG  Positions Reporting to Role: None right now. Resources might be placed, if required in the future.  Products to be handled: CRFG portfolio  Job Role and Responsibilities:  - Syndication of debt for consortium lending opportunities  - Sell down of existing debt exposures  - Partnering the developer to introduce a co-developer, Project Manager for their projects  - Advising developers on asset sales  - Advising developers on strategic and operating project partnerships  - Maintain internal relationships with various key stakeholders like relationship managers, zonal heads, credit managers and the product team  - Develop and maintain external relationships with various key stakeholders like financial institutions, financers and real estate developers  - Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines  - Enhance corporate relations and seek referrals for generation of incremental business  Skills and Competencies:  - Experience in managing key accounts  - Knowledge of compliance of the bank  - Ability to communicate & convince senior management of developers  - Eye for detail  Past experience required:  - Experience in real estate transaction services will be preferred
