ICICI Bank, Cash Management Services (CMS) is a part of Self Employed Segment (SES) that caters to Business Banking customers of the bank. CMS function deals with collection &amp; payment solutions and cater to requirements of MSME businesses. CMS team works closely with Branch Banking Team, CMS Operations, Technology &amp; other relationship channels for attaching CMS solutions to high value current account relationships of retail banking group. - CMS Product team comprises of Product Managers (PM) who are responsible for product development and distribution. - They closely work with various teams to develop solutions &amp; create sales enablers that enable business development through branches. Product function works in areas like product development &amp; customisation, process development &amp; simplification, sales tools &amp; enablers, service &amp; distribution, MIS &amp; analytics, training &amp; capability, market segmentation, marketing &amp; digital channels, etc and is responsible for customer acquisition, relationship value &amp; lifecycle management of CMS customer through branches &amp; field teams.
