National Sales Manager Supply Chain Finance Key deliverables: - Manage a team of ~15 - 20 relationship managers across India and ensure business growth in line with the organization objective - To achieve desired business growth and PPOP - Coordination between Anchor Corporate and Corp Connect Product and platform team for requisite development - Identification of anchor corporates / vendors / dealers in the assigned market and tap the Anchor Corporate as well as vendor/dealer ecosystem for the bank - Ensuring client meeting to capture 360 degree banking - Interacting with corporate relationships at Zonal/Regional office level for sourcing customer leads - Monitoring portfolio quality - timely renewal of limits, tracking and recovery of overdues & NPAs, also weeding out stress cases in a time bound manner including proactive reduction of exposure - Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met with in a timely manner - Capability building through formal/informal trainings across products, processes, compliance and other metrics - Monitor team performance and nurture the team for bigger roles and responsibilities
