Responsibilities: - Drive overall technology product adoption for commercial banking clients - Develop business plans specific to technology products that will encompass market analysis, product definition, competitive landscape and revenue strategy - Co-ordinate with relationship teams domestic and at overseas locations to scope out opportunities, identify and execute new areas of digital product requirements - Create Business Requirement specifications (BRS) for taking up technology product development efforts - Coordinate with development teams within the Bank and also system vendors to ensure quick development efforts - Prepare comprehensive test cases and scenarios for testing the products developed - Undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for cases - Prepare training material and ensure sales teams are made aware of new products - Meet clients to enhance client on-boarding efforts - Handle senior management presentations towards product specific strategy Key skills - Basic knowledge and awareness of trade finance products, UCP, ISP, ISBP, URR - Working knowledge of technologies and messaging (XML, JSON) protocols - Adept at working with spreadsheets including data analysis - Good interpersonal skills - ability to coordinate as well as drive results telephonically across geographies - Good presentation skills - Basic market knowledge of key competition in the market and individual strengths in product offerings across banks
