Job Description : - Work with the international FI team, to design and offer product suite to the clients/ financial institutions - Knowledge of trade asset distribution involving funded purchase &amp; sale of trade assets under Master Risk Participation agreement (MRPA) from FIs - Engage with financial institutions &amp; sources business to achieve income targets - Responsible for volume and P&amp;L of trade product portfolio - through risk participation of trade assets, trade loans financing &amp; others as assigned by the management - Collaboration with internal stakeholders- legal, compliance, corporate banking, branches, technology &amp; others to offer trade product services - Regular update &amp; publish of MIS to the top management - Evaluate key technology and operation partners for RP product offerings - Device procedures &amp; controls to manage operational, commercial, legal, reputational and settlement risk - Prepare &amp; regular review of product/ process notes Candidate profile : - 3-5 years of experience with good exposure to trade finance &amp; good understanding of the broad range of transaction banking products - Well versed with product knowledge of export &amp; import finance etc - Understanding of risk profile &amp; regulatory treatment of trade and associated risk and portfolio management practices - Strong knowledge in product development, presentations, negotiations and customer service skills - MBA from a premier business school or CA by qualification - Ability to deal &amp; communicate with all levels - Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness - Highly motivated, discipline and able to work in team environment
