Legal Structuring on Alliance Partnership &amp; Buyout &amp; West Alliances Job Role &amp; Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Structuring and negotiating terms acceptable to market partners and customized solutions. - Coverage of NBFC/HFC ecosystem for partnerships and alliances retail asset products - Preparation of termsheet and documents. - Having knowledge of retail asset products - Work closely with cross functional teams: Legal, Compliance, Policy, Product, Risk, Tax etc. - Provide operational insight to changing environments, process flow/work flow and other impacts to portfolio performance. - Ability to ensure that the terms of the transactions are accordingly captured in the transaction documents, - Interact with the legal team across entities for the closure of the documents - Envisage structures that are with the regulatory framework for closure on partnership alliances - Notes to a sanctioning forum for approval and internal closure of the structure - Cashflow and ROE calculations Skills and Competencies -&nbsp; - Functional knowledge in the area of retail products, policies, processes and procedures. - Able to research detailed problems, analyze data and come to appropriate recommendations based on facts presented. - Ability to work well both as an individual contributor and as a member of a team having strong organizational skills to drive results. - Comprehend regulatory norms and guidelines - Functional Knowledge in the areas of retail asset products, policies, processes and procedures is an added advantage - Predicting/projecting critical risk metrics of the partnerships. - Provide operational insight to changing environments, process flow/work flow. - Communication skills and logical thinking and reasoning - Ability to interact with senior management Educational Qualifications -&nbsp; MBA/CA - 5 years experience
