Job Description : Client : A leading Private Sector Bank Markets Group - Compliance - Support treasury function by ensuring internal/regulatory compliance, product development activities&nbsp; - Setting up processes/ controls, implement regulations across the business functions,etc Key assignments : - Introduce new / review existing treasury product processes, policies. - Evaluate/enhance existing controls and procedures for compliance with applicable rules and regulations. - Design and implement new regulatory changes/internal policies within the existing framework. - Provide regulatory compliance advice (Treasury, FEMA, ECB, Trade, KYC, AML) to business on an ongoing basis and ensure smooth deal execution. - Coordinate annual RBI inspection related to treasury business. - Negotiate and close ISDA document with foreign banks &amp; institutions. - Devise and review market risk and credit risk framework interfacing with treasury business for seamless risk management across client portfolios
