The selected candidate would report in to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of ICICI Bank and the role would involve implementation of security projects,application vulnerability assessment programs, data center and infrastructure security, security assessment of outsourcing agencies, working with ICICI group companies on their security roadmap and ensuring compliance with cyber security regulations issued by regulators globally.  Roles and responsibilities  - Responsibility for planning and execution of enterprise security projects with sharp focus on timely completion, adherence to budgeted costs and prescribed quality standards  - Working together with the technology team and procurement team on technical assessments of new technology/security products or vendors  - Management of application vulnerability assessment programs, including ethical hacking programs and full SDLC life-cycle security assurance  - Effective communication to business teams and engagement with technology units to ensure timely remediation of all vulnerabilities identified through such assessments  - Data center and IT infrastructure security (including servers, network, storage, endpoints) and ensuring strong security posture of all devices across the network  - Conducting periodic security assessments of outsourcing agencies engaged by the Bank  - Providing guidance to ICICI group companies on their cyber security roadmap  - Information security compliance for domestic and international operations of the Bank, including conducting security assessments or gap analysis as required by regulators and ensuring timely submission of compliance reports to regulators  Job specific skills and knowledge  - Minimum of 6 years experience in IT and information security functions  - Technically sound with hands-on experience in core IT functions  - Leadership role in information security function for atleast 3 years in a large organisation  - Deep technical competency in areas such as encryption, mobile and cloud security  - Published technical papers or drafted standards/guidelines at national level forums  - Experience in implementation of security technologies, processes and operational KPIs  - Sound management skills, strong leadership and motivational skills  - Experienced in engaging with international regulators & compliance requirements  Interpersonal skills  - Team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with all stakeholders  - Motivational leader and should be able to harness full potential of the security team  - Excellent written/verbal communication skills, ability to engage with senior management  - Strong execution focus and be able to multi-task and deliver even under constraints  - Should have proven experience and expertise in dealing with cyber crisis situations  Education  - Banking/financial services domain experience would be an added advantage  - Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS strongly preferred
