Roles and Responsibilities i. Service 1. Develop and track various new & existing customer engagement opportunities 2. Reviewing trigger efficiencies, Ensuring complete information through triggers 3. Define on call processes for ERM channel for various product lines to resolve service issues 4. Identify challenges for customers and coordinate with product teams to resolve by making corresponding process changes 5. Coordinating with product teams for managing customer escalations/exceptions ii. Sales 1. Influence Up-selling & Cross- selling of products & services. Increase product penetration to increase customer stickiness 2. Defining scripts, objection handling, Coordinating for revenue allocation 3. Tracking field level conversions 4. Tracking relevant regulatory certifications by coordinating with respective product teams 5. Work with PIVG on P&L 6. Work on CASA buildup iii. Vertical 1. CASA/Deposits 2. 3rd Party Products 3. Secured Assets (AL/HL) 4. Unsecured assets (PL/Cards etc)
