Function Description: The Retail Structured Finance team carries out buyout and securitization transactions with major NBFCs and HFCs to meet its strategic goals including product-specific book growth, complementing credit disbursal to priority sector and extending its reach to new customer segments. The team handles the securitisation and portfolio buyout functions of the Bank encompassing activities in the retail domain that covers investments as well as issuances of securitisation transactions apart from buyout of various portfolios from different banks/NBFC's /HFC's and FI's pertaining to asset classes like commercial vehicle loans, auto loans, construction equipment loans, mortgage loans, etc. with active interest in the priority sector buyout market to fulfill the Bank's requirement on the same. The group also manages the structuring and sale of retail NPA assets. Job Description - Tracking and monitoring the performance of securitised portfolio - Analysis of financial statements of existing financial entities and conducting periodic risk reviews - Management and Statutory Reporting on the securitization portfolio - Detailed budgeting of revenue and expenses, MTM gain/losses and projection of the outstanding portfolio - Ensuring adherence as per the extant guidelines and validation of deal cashflows and documents - Handling Statutory and Internal Audit, - Scoping of risk audit, review and actionable on the findings - Reviews of existing exposures on a periodic basis - Ensuring process hygiene check in the portfolio and process follow through and document and implementation of new processes Qualifications: CA first Attempt candidates are preferred.
