Icertis Solution - Manager - Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits (12-16 yrs)
a) Partner with peers and HR to help complete the global job architecture project
b) Maintain and enhance salary structures and strategies, to include semi-annual benchmarking, pay zone strategies, etc.
c) Own and drive the annual compensation cycles (mid-year & annual)
d) Manage Icertis equity programs and work closely with legal to ensure grants are ready for board presentation and approval.
e) Assist with compensation program training and communications
a) Develop and administer employee benefits communications to ensure employee awareness of their full benefit offerings, including conducting educational presentations and recorded orientation materials
b) Ensure employee benefit enrollment processing for timely coverage
c) Manage plan renewals and consult on plan enhancements and offerings, including harmonization of benefits globally, market comparisons and assist in benefit cost analysis for renewal cycles
d) Manage open enrollment periods annually for the APAC region
e) Ensure health and welfare and leave benefits comply with federal, state and local laws
f) Maintain accurate employee benefit records, census data, and profiles
g) Manages plan audits and tax return preparation for CFO signature
h) Review regional benefit offerings annually, market comparisons and assist in benefit cost analysis for renewal cycles
i) Ensure correct pay and monitors benefit premium(s) payments for employees on LOA.
j) Ensure compliance with related laws, rules and regulations as needed.
k) Conform to all applicable safety policies and guidelines.
l) Assist with global Total Rewards projects as needed and directed by the Head of Global Total Rewards
Qualification, skills & experience:
- 5+ years of experience compensation and benefit experience
- Salary survey and range construction experience required
- Experience in benefit plan design and the ability to think strategically
- CEBs certification preferred
