A big part of the business involves working with online & mobile media partners. For this we are looking for a person who understand online media landscape, the players and build effective partnerships with them, negotiate revenue agreements, develop media plans and propoals and work with rest of the operations and sales team to effectively communicate media strategy.
Media buying & planning is a both a relationship as well as a analytical function and we need someone who can interact with a wide variety of people as well drive a highly effective media strategy that is profitable.
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in business development and media, preferably in digital & mobile media
- First hand experience in media buying at an advertiser / agency or media house
- Strong experience in media planning, analytics and profitability management
- Excellent written, oral communications and presentation skills
- Organized, thorough, and detail oriented
- Self starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, unstructured, changing and challenging environment
- Strong executive presence ability to interact with high level business leaders and partners
