ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead with over 10 years of expertise in automation and IoT infrastructure solutions for buildings. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects related to the implementation of cutting-edge automation technologies in buildings and infrastructure. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution, and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Knowledge Areas/Skills:

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Responsible for performing or delegating tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth execution of assigned projects. This includes tasks such as hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout.

- Interact with clients to understand their requirements, offer technical insights, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.

- Utilize your deep knowledge of automation and IoT technologies to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions for projects.

- Manage and oversee large-scale HVAC projects, ensuring their successful deployment, while providing regular progress reports to stakeholders

- Implementation or operational experience of BMS using any BMS platform.

- Knowledge of systems like Chiller, AHU, FCU, Fire & Safety, UPS, Electrical, Plumbing etc.

- Knowledge on BMS protocols like BACnet, MODBus, SNMP, OPC, Smart Connectors and web services.

- Knowledge of networking, connectivity, IP Networks / ICT system configurations to support the execution of building control systems.

- Programming skills for Building Management System and PLC controllers

- Flexible to support Onsite for the BMS work to ensure full operation as per functional description and specification, including fault finding and problem-solving on technical issues as they arise.

- Supporting Project Managers to develop elaborate alternative solutions during change order management.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

- 12+ years' experience in the HVAC/Building Automation industry.

- Must have relevant technical hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital

- HVAC/ Building Automation controls systems.

- Must have knowledge of control theory and HVAC/ Building Automation systems.

- Preferred Education - bachelor's degree/ equivalent professional experience.
