iBUS - Senior Manager - Circle Projects

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Looking for an experienced Project Manager in the telecom industry for the NCR region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation.

- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress.

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly technical targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company's target.

- Understands technical implications of decisions and displays orientation to profitability.

- New site survey, repot preparation& submission to design team within the time frame.

- Builder / Vendor / SA co-ordination/material delivery at site & follow-up actions till RFIB.

- Ensuring site is RFIB within TAT (DAS/Electrical/Civil works).

- Ensuring Site hygiene, Safety, and uptime 100%

- Support to TSP site On Air within the time frame.

- Perform any related duties and special projects as requested.

RFIB:

- Ensuring site is RFIB within TAT (DAS/Electrical/Civil works).

- Ensuring Site hygiene, Safety, and uptime 100%

- Support to TSP site On Air within the time frame.

- Perform any related duties and special projects as requested.

Essential:

- RF/DAS/OD Technical Knowledge

- Sound presentation skills

- Proficient English communication, both verbal & written

- Self-motivated individual, drive high performance.

- Problem Solving & Decision-Making skill; Reasoning ability.

- Strong client management skills

- Computer Skills - Microsoft Office applications

- Prior experience in team management

- Should have worked under strict timelines, and deliverables.

- PMP certified (added advantage)

Experience and Qualification - BE/B.Tech with 8 Plus years of experience
