ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Key account manager's mission is to help maintain a repeatable customer acquisition engine in the Energy Efficiency market. This includes driving qualified leads to sales through targeted business development campaigns and outbound efforts, driving go-to market strategy in assigned markets, nurturing executives and users throughout the engagement lifecycle.

KEY OUTCOMES:

1. Project Implementation: Ensure end to end implementation of our services in client locations

2. Maintain Relationships: Maintain excellent professional relationships with Category-A builders and large portfolio operators to ensure smooth project implementation as well as open. doors to create growth opportunities.

3. Hiring and Expansion: Coordinating with the HR department for recruitment and induction of high-quality Energy Engineers and Energy Managers for our team. Helping with induction programs of other team members in iBUS, as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Developing and executing comprehensive project implementation strategies tailored to our clients' needs.

b. Taking ownership of the project life cycle, from initial strategy development to successful execution and completion.

c. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.

d. Managing client relationships during project execution, ensuring open communication and addressing any concerns.

e. Identifying potential areas of improvement within project processes and implementing solutions for enhanced efficiency.

f. Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients regarding project progress and key. developments.

g. Staying informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our projects remain at the forefront of innovation.

b. Has the ability to think analytically and logically and to analyse problems with the aim of implementing practical solutions.

c. Is pro-active, takes initiative and radiates confidence.
