Position Summary Objective:

A Learning and Development (L&D) Manager develops and implements learning strategies, designs e-learning courses, formalizes training calendar, and manages training budgets. They assess development needs, design bespoke interventions, and evaluate effectiveness. Strong communication, project management skills, training delivery, and spearheading learning mandates within the AOP are required. Proven experience in managing large scale L&D mandates, leadership development, creating training contents, behavioral assessments, and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Identify key areas for improvement in talent management and organizational psychology processes, with a particular focus on psychometric assessment and development centers.

2. Program Design and Implementation:

- Design and oversee the implementation of psychometric assessment programs to evaluate employee competencies, skills, and potential for advancement.

- Develop and facilitate development center activities aimed at identifying and nurturing high-potential employees and future leaders within the organization.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:

- Administer a variety of psychometric tools, such as personality assessments, cognitive ability tests, and 360-degree feedback instruments, to gather data on employee performance and potential.

- Analyze assessment data to provide insights and recommendations for individual and organizational development initiatives.

4. Training and Development:

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance understanding and utilization of psychometric tools among managers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders.

- Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on interpreting assessment results and developing action plans for improvement.

5. Talent Management:

- Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to integrate assessment results into talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.

- Identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them through targeted learning and development initiatives.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and support for learning and development initiatives.

- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the effectiveness of psychometric assessment and development center programs.

7. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in psychometric assessment, talent management, and organizational psychology.

- Continuously evaluate and enhance learning and development programs to ensure they remain relevant and impactful in meeting the evolving needs of the organization.

8. Compliance and Ethics:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the design and implementation of psychometric assessment and development center programs.

- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data and assessment results.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

- Any Bachelor's degree, MBA in HR is preferred

- 10-12 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Psychology, with a focus on psychometric assessment and development center methodologies.

- Proven experience working in the telecommunications industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Certification in relevant psychometric assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC, Hogan) is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies :

- Expertise in administering a variety of psychometric tools, such as personality assessments, cognitive ability tests, and 360-degree feedback instruments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret assessment data and provide actionable insights

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
