iBUS - Deputy Manager - Marketing Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing having worked in the technology/telecommunications space. The candidate should have a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing tools, expertise in developing effective social media marketing strategies and have a creative flair for design concepts. As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, communicating with our target audience (internally and externally), and driving brand visibility.

ROLE & REPONSIBILITIES:

- To implement Brand and Marketing strategies aimed to advance the Company's Corporate image.

- To work on marketing communication material for the various business units

- To handle External Communications, Media Relations and Social Media Management

- To handle media queries, replies and facilitate news filming and photography requests for corporate promotions

- To strategize and develop communication plan, content development and other internal/external engagement.

- To work with PR partner on committed deliverables. To manage the relationship and ensure delivery.

- To manage a suite of marketing communication collaterals such as corporate brochures, materials, and company merchandise and to ensure information is relevant.

- To monitor and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives and campaigns.

- To work closely with other entities/regional offices. To provide support for initiatives and ensure that key corporate messages, standards, and guidelines were cascaded effectively and consistently.

- To manage internal communications - town hall, iWins, newletters , festival engagements etc.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidate must possess bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, business studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent

- Must have strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

- Must be a confident person, a go getter with strong verbal communication skills.

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues at all levels and locations

- Expert level content writing skills across formats - presentations, social media, emails, long form.

- At least 4 years of working experience in marketing with telecommunication or technology industry is required for this position.

- Digital marketing experience (SEO) / website management.

- Graphic designing skills will be a bonus.
