IBM - Telecom Billing Operations Tower Lead

Business Title: Prepaid Lead (Telecom Billing Operations - Siebel CRM)

Years of experience: 15 - 20

Location: Pune

- Will be one of the two SILs under TBO [Band 9]

- Responsible for handling all TBO prepaid applications like CRM (Siebel), Near Real Time Benefit Passing, Number & SIM Management, etc.

- Strong comm skills with good negotiating skills

- Ability to handle customer for all issues and also able to discuss both technical and biz as appropriate

- Manage around 150+ SLAs of IBM which involved penalty also

- Ability to lead around 150+ strong professions working in 24 by 7 mode for Telecom Application Operation for one of the Key Operator of the country

- Should be a go getter and a great team player

- Will work closely with the TBO lead and other cross functional team in the account

- Support on new RFP and demands as and when released by client.

- Support and provide recommendation on end to service path integration and ensure architectural board approval for all new solution roll out in production environment.

- B2O transition of projects to operations & ensure adherence of the B2O compliance.

- ISV management and ensure delivery closure in line with the contract signed off.

- Cost optimization initiatives for application operations.

- Execution of ISVs governance for escalations and ensure closure of action item agreed with the client.
