IBM - Technical Leader - AWS

Role : Technical Leader, Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Years of experience : 11- 15

Job Description/Responsibilities : The role will be the technical leader of a team providing managed services for Amazon Web Services within IBM. The role will provide technical leadership for multiple aspects amongst the following:

- Solution design for client opportunities in one or more AWS Competencies or general cloud managed services

- Evaluation/design/development/deployment of additional technologies and automation for managed services on AWS

- Design & implementation of transformations for clients

- Standardization of solution design and delivery

- Troubleshooting technical issues

Requirements : Candidates must:

- Be AWS Certified at Professional level either as a DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect

- Have more than 1 year experience in a senior technical leader role in a company certified as an AWS Managed Service Partner as well as AWS Premier/Advanced Consulting Partner

- Experienced in design, development, deployment, management of complex solutions on AWS for clients

Additional preferred qualifications:Candidates with the following additional qualifications will be preferred :

- Possess minimum 8 years overall experience in infrastructure/application management services

- Experience in multiple AWS Competencies e.g. DevOps, BigData, LifeSciences, Microsoft Solutions, Oracle Soluions.
