IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) helps clients plan, implement and manage an efficient, resilient, flexible IT infrastructure. IBM GTS is the partner of choice for infrastructure services - be it transformational outsourcing tied to business outcomes or integrated managed services or discrete services. IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) is expanding its proven excellence in hybrid cloud networking to help lead clients through the complexity associated with the design and deployment of hybrid cloud network connectivity. We are seeking experienced network architects to join our Hybrid Cloud Networking Center of Excellence. Architects will work with IBM sales teams and IBM clients to help with the design and implementation of hybrid cloud networking solutions.

Who you are:

- The Hybrid Cloud Networking (HCN) team leader guides the team in providing services and developing offerings from the Hybrid Cloud Networking CoE. This role provides oversight and direction to the overall team, engages in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to service offerings, provides direction in development of customer deliverables, and helps management with staff and administration issues.

- This requires an in-depth knowledge of technical solutions and management tools, including Agile project management methods. The employee influences the functional strategy of the HCN CoE, requiring an ability to influences people and organizations, including executive management, when issues are complex/difficult and require considerable diplomacy.

- The team leader will provide leadership to define and decide on tools, processes, priorities and resources following general business unit directives.

- The Hybrid Cloud Network Center of Excellence (HCN CoE) will be a key resource to IBM's winning complex hybrid cloud services business. As such, members are on the front lines of IBM's initiatives in the latest cloud and virtual networking offerings.
