Service Integration Leader position
Required excellent 14 - 18 years experience in Oracle CRM, Middleware (WebSphere, Tomcat) DB (Oracle, Exadata, Timestan, SQL, & Postgrel) & EAI (IBM) operations. (minimum two technologies) 24&7 support managing minimum of 50+ resource team should work on Innovation and Transformation: Flexibility: Worked in multiple accounts and teams across IBM.
- Handle daily operational activities like health check, dashboards, patching, compliance management.
- Handle high severity incidents and assist in escalated issues.
- Interlock with stakeholders for any issues/escalations
- Perform root cause analysis for repeated and high severity incidents.
- Plan and execute changes. Improve change efficiency and success rate.
- Interlock with customer and management for technical discussions.
- Interact with OEMs for issue resolution, new deployments and service improvement.
- Identify improvement areas and take up initiatives for service improvement and efficient operations.
- Advise deployment of new solutions
- Participate in deployment of new projects.
- Plan and perform BAU upgrades and deployments.
- Mentor L1\L2/L3 resources in new technology, procedures and processes.
- Knowledge of server hardware will be beneficial
