Location : Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) Role : Ad Operations / Ad Sales Performance Operations Shifts : Australian Role Description : - As Senior Operations leader you should have the ability to think both strategically and creatively to generate innovative ideas. - Along with strong conceptual and design skills, you're a master of layouts and all the elements that go into them type, illustration and / or photography, paper, ink, etc. That includes experience creating layouts and concepts for direct and promotional marketing, advertising and interactive. Key Business Responsibilities : - While working as a team in conjunction with a Copywriter, you'll be responsible for conception, visualizing and executing a marketing strategy to the high standards our agency and clients expect. - You'll use your deep knowledge of direct marketing, print advertising, digital communications and the latest industry trends to bring your exceptional ideas to life. - You should be able to provide at best of your ability to prioritize, problem solve and work well under pressure to meet project deadlines. - Manage Day to day operations for meeting client agreed service levels. Responsible for meeting all contractual obligation - Drive improvement ideas for continuous improvement - Participates in campaign requirement sessions - Review documents of campaign specification details (audience selection criteria, target cell criteria, offer selection logic, inclusions, suppressions, control and test cell criteria, etc.) from initial campaign ideation and offer design requests - Review updates for campaign specification details (audience selection criteria, target cell criteria, offer selection logic, inclusions, suppressions, control and test cell criteria, etc.) as required to document requested changes. - Provides forecast audience volumes in campaign requirement sessions to plan staff - Supports requests regarding audience size and customer attributes impacting campaign targeting logic. - Analyzes campaign performance reports churned at regular intervals to identify trends in performance - Discusses with the project manager and the campaign planner the insights of performance including results not expected by business - Provides recommendation to campaign planner for any discussion points with client's marketing team Education, Experience and Skills Required : - Candidates should have a Bachelors/PG degree in Art / Design and 10 to 12 years experience in an Media, Print ( Digital and Print Media) industry - The right candidate must be able to create in a wide range of mediums direct mail, print ads, outdoor, point of sale, brochures, collateral, landing pages and email. Which means you also have advanced knowledge of the latest tools and technology of the industry in the market - Understands digital and print ad operations environment and is able to provide inputs and guide the team - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Working knowledge of the media industry value chain - Ability to analyze numbers and provide insights to all required stakeholders
