- Demonstrates vision when working with clients and partnering with them to form solutions.

- Mastery in Service management concepts /ITIL

- Experienced in building industry specific technical collaterals and used cases

- Understands and applies knowledge of function, business unit or country objectives in framing, evaluating and selecting alternatives for I/T solutions. Has the required proficiency levels for technical skills and applies skills to the design of architectural solutions.

- Has the ability to provide Architectural and technical direction to delivery team

- Certified IT Architect

- Advises IT professionals (Project Managers, Architects, and IT Specialists) on tools, technology, and methodology related to the development and implementation of IT solutions

- Regularly participates in overall functional planning. Identifies, estimates and presents cost, schedule, technical risks for solution elements, both in marketing and proposal efforts and in implementation planning.

- Fundamental understanding of Big Data related technologies SPSS, R, Phython, Hadoop etc

- Understanding of Remote Infrastructure maanagement model and understands all key Service management processes - Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management and SA&D management.

- Understands handshakes between various processes of Service Management and is able to integrate new solutions into the governance / cadences of the account and propose what is to be reviewed - outcomes driven by metrics.

- Provide development effort sizing (resource & timing) to the Development Leader

- Drive design innovation

- Design for maximum use of modular assets within the framework of a design that provides scalability, competitive advantage, high performance and quality

- Ensure compliance and accessibility

- Understand technical platforms of competition and emerging trends

- Lead internal and client demos when appropriate

- Work with Research to incorporate IP into our assets

- Information / Data Architecture (RDBMS, ETL, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Master Data Mgmt, Enterprise Content Mgmt) & Data Governance

- ITIL, IT Service Design & Delivery processess

- IT Operations Management: System & Service Management tools - from Tivoli, BMC, HP, Microsoft

- ITOA: Log Analysis, Ticket Analytics, Event Analytics, Capacity analytics, Performance analytics, Configuration Analysis, Root-cause analysis, etc.

- Should have strong technical knowledge of hetrogeneous technology, SDLC, Processes, Frameworks ITIL etc., IT integrations etc.,

- Architecture: Integration Architecture (J2EE, SOA, BPM, ESB, EAI, etc. )

- Big Data & Analytics: Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, Machine Learning & Data Mining, Statistical analysis, Text mining, IBM Watson, ElasticSearch, SPSS, SAS, Cognos, Flume, Cassandra, Hbase, Cloudera, etc.

- Data Visualization (technologies / libraries):

- Watson Analytics,Tableau, Qlikview, Kibana, D3, Graphana,

General purpose programming :

- Manipulate data using - R, Python, Ruby, Scala, Java, Javascript, etc,
