About the Role:  - Handle the complete Recruitment lifecycle and hire the best talent through various sources and thereby ensuring right talent is picked for the right role. The incumbent will also manage a team of 5-10 recruiters and is responsible for driving recruitment matrices for a particular business unit for the location.  - He /She should have prior experience in handling End to End Recruitment of IT/ KPO and Product Engineering professionals with a focus on CLOUD, Big Data and business analytics.  Key Deliverables:  - Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations  - Recruit passive candidates and also build a talent pipeline for frequently hired skills  - Possess strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline  - Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios and at the same time operate as a candidate advocate providing a true IBM experience to potential employees  - Provide a strategic outlook with quarterly forecasts and a plan to drive the same within a pool of recruiters that he/she will manage  - Should have excellent stakeholder management skills and should be able to share and exchange information with all levels of management  - Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within IBM's mission to deliver the highest quality results  - Drive SLAs within the team and ability to generate reports to track team performance at all times  - Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings  - Groom and nurture talent within teams and build a pipeline of future recruitment managers  Desired Experience:  - Full- time graduate with min of 8+ years of experience in IT/ITes hiring- MBA/PGDM preferred  - Should have managed teams of at least 4+ recruiters with a focus on skills like Big Data, Cloud, Analytics etc  - Comfortable in taking targets and driving them to closure with increasing efficiency  - Should possess excellent communication skills- both written and verbal  - Should be well versed with MS office- excel, power point etc
