Location: Chennai  Shifts: ANZ/US  Additional details: Individual contributor role  Role: Manager  Eligibility Criteria  - Graduates with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Record to Report domain  - Candidates with CA/ICWAI or MBA from tier-1 institutes would be given preference  - Excellent communication skills  Skills required and job responsibilities:  - Ability to operate as Individual contributor with experience in end-to-end R2R including month end, reporting and FPNA  - In-depth knowledge of R2R sub-processes   - Should have handled all activities of R2R including month end and reporting and related controls  - Preferably additional exposure on budget, forecasting and variance analysis  - Drive process standardisation approach, contributing in opportunity assessment, functional inputs and implementation support  - Understanding of FPNA in HFM environment is strongly preferred  - Ability to evaluate risks & identify mitigants for processes  - Implementing SLA's that are measurable  - Drive process performance from baseline to industry standards  - Facilitate replication of best practices, conduct Gap to Benchmark analysis  - Should have good interpersonal skills
