Job Title: IBM Lombardi Lead / Architect - 8 to 12 years - Bangalore

Job Description:

- BPMC Design Lead Ensures s competitive leadership on IT field through compelling, visionary and robust solution design of BP Open suite

- Ensures that design fully supports strategic BP Open foundations as well as business needs

- Ensures standard compliance principles of design with regards to quality and security Manages risk associated to design

- Produces appropriate design deliverable Mentor team members

Specification / Skills / Experience:

- Strong knowledge of Lombardi teamworks v6.2 and above and/or IBM BPM 7.5 and above

- Experience of least 2 full scrums on a BPM project using Lombardi and/or IBM BPM.

- Experience in different types of integration services available within Lombardi such as SQL connectors, Java integration connector, Web services connector

- Must be conversant in XML parsing, XSLT

- Should possess excellent JavaScript skills

- Must possess Java/J2EE skills such as writing java classes, Jsps, servlets Must be conversant with OOPs concepts

- Should have worked hands on projects following agile methodology

- Must possess DB skills such as writing simple/complex SQL queries, writing stored procedures, functions.

- Must have knowledge of designing table structures Experience in WebSphere and MS SQL server is a plus

- Must be a team player and have good communication.
