Job Description :

The Analytics architect will be primarily responsible for design and delivery of IT operations analytics solutions by facilitating the Future State design and modeling for clients. Would also be responsible for taking the clients to the next level of maturity in terms implementation of analytics solutions and improved ISM processes, automation of processes through ITOA solutions.

As a secondary responsibility, the ITOA architect would be required to support the Business Development teams in pre-sales activities by providing functional and technical support to the BD team in building the right solutions based on the client requirements.

The successful candidate will work directly with Operations team and partners to help identify the fit between the Analytics tool based solution and the client's needs, design the optimal solution, and demonstrate that solution.

The role will require you to :

- Understand and articulate complex business issues, and address them with appropriate solutions

- Prepare and deliver product demos, presentations, and competitive positioning

- Conduct POC based on requirements using analytics tool.

- Deliver business and technical presentations to any client at the executive, decision-making level

- Help provide training to internal team, Customers, Prospects and Partners

- Develop tools typically used by pre-sales professionals, including presentations, demonstrations, demonstration scripts, etc.

Required skills/experience/education :

The ideal candidate will have :

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering with at least 15 - 20 years technical leadership/architect experience.

- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, application linkages, ITIL processes, common industry business practices related to IT operations and IT architecture.

- Familiarity with tools and languages like SPSS, Cognos, R, Python will be added advantage

- Experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Previous experience with one or more analytics tools.

- A passion for Consulting oriented Sales Support & Pre-sales and delivery

- Team player with capability to work independently

- High energy and positive attitude

- Willingness to travel when required
