Who you are :

You will be primarily responsible in driving the Transformational Projects for the IBM F&A Domain, thereby enhancing the Client Experience for each of the accounts.

What you'll do:

You will be an Individual contributor, where you would lead the Transformational Projects for the F&A clients by leveraging RPA, Analytics & Blockchain teams.

- You could be working with Existing or New clients and focus on the Client Experience as the key deliverables.

Strong end to end knowledge on the F&A process like R2R/P2P, since you will be closely working with Tower leaders.

- Maintain Sound Internal Control Environment

- Lead Special Projects and Manage customer expectations

- Ensure excellent feedback for the process

- Systematically identify, analyze and solve issues and problems to reach optimal solutions in a timely manner

Required Expertise : 

- Proven expertise in F&A domain across at least two towers

- Should have taken the client though at least two end to end transformation journeys in F&A

- Ability to interplay and leverage technologies like Blockchain, Robotics, Analytics with a specific focus to deliver client outcomes

- Excellent communication skills coupled with ability to drive CXO level conversations

- Willingness to get hands on into the role and manage large transformation programs

Required Qualification - Bachelors/Masters Degree

Desired Qualification - CA/MBA/MCA
