Essential Skills :

- Strong IT Business Analysis Skills - BA Tools & Techniques, BA Planning & Monitoring, Requirements Management

- Domain Knowledge - Should have experience either in Gas / Power / LNG / any of the bulk Energy Commodities like - Crude Oil / Refined Products

- Good understanding of key derivative products like, Futures, Options, Swaps & Forwards.

- Minimum 4 Years working experience as Openlink Endur BA

- Knowledge of End to End Software Development Life Cycle & Agile Delivery

- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills; Good Communication & Collaboration Skills

- Learner Mindset & Continuous Improvement Mindset

Desirable Skills :

- It is a plus if the candidate has certifications like FRM / ERP / CFA / any globally recognized Trading related certifications.

- It is a plus to have Certifications like CBAP, PSM., etc
