- Identify and build relationships with the next generation of leaders at the client
- Develop operating model to ensure high performance delivery on current contract
- Drive transformation agendas with a premium on innovation; focus on Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, and Social
- Understand and build commercial models that link client and IBM success in the market
- Use CXLabs and IBMi to expose/educate client regarding IBM's current and planned capabilities
- Ensure the client is a referenceable client
