IBKR - Trainer - Compliance Team

Summary:

Interactive Brokers, a global online securities and commodities broker, is seeking a talented Trainer to join their Compliance Training Team. Your primary task will be to handle the training needs of the compliance team and to play a crucial role in the design and development of Compliance eLearning modules. Training topics encompass areas such as anti-money laundering (AML), countering terrorist financing (CTF), sanctions, securities laws, anti-bribery and corruption, and compliance tools and systems, among others. You will report to the Global Compliance Training Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop eLearning modules in the area of compliance using Storyline 360.

- Onboarding new Compliance hires in APAC (India, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and Australia).

- Monitor training attendance and report completion to the Compliance Training Manager.

- Conduct data analysis to evaluate feedback and training effectiveness.

- Foster a culture of compliance within the company using various mediums, such as handouts, videos, and memos.

Technical Skills:

- Working experience creating training content using Storyline 360.

- Experience with standard Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PPT) as well as collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

- Experience with LMS systems (including Docebo) is advantageous.

Experience and Qualification:

- 4 years of experience in a trainer role

- Relevant experience on AML and Compliance
