Position: Financial Analyst (2 positions)

Position reports to: Business Controller

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1-3 years post MBA

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and monitor current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

- Provide/review financial data related to a business unit by interfacing/coordinating with functional business finance contacts, which include sales and cost line forecasts and control, and global MIS such as Business Reviews and Operating Plan.

- Industry benchmarking with peers

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Compiling presentation decks for weekly/monthly reviews

Qualifications:

- Post graduate from Tier-1 business school

- Willing to do lot of data crunching diligently, while aiming to improve current processes. Good knowledge of MS excel mandatory.

- Experience of Financial Planning and Analysis preferred

- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
