1. Ensure market entry strategy for planned expansion

2. Segment / Business Line wise budgeting and project analysis

3. Analysis of business wise performance in terms of expectation and achievement

4. Competition Analysis

5. Weekly / Monthly reports from various business lines

6. Presenting the business performance as per plan and execution

7. MIS reports

8. Working closely with the management to show case the performance of segments business wise
