IB Group - Lead - Content Writing & Content Management

The position is located at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh

- Responsible to oversee writing, editing and proofreading of written content

- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy for drafting relevant written content

- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members on written content

- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels

- Manage written content across all platforms, including email and social media.

- Be the internal expert and go-to person for advice and support on Content Writing activities

- Keep track of emerging themes and trends within the content writing space to ensure that the company is seen as a key player and participant on relevant subjects and areas

- Assist on the drafting and delivery of key publications like company newsletters

- Ensure the digital media platforms across the company are up to date and have relevant written content - including websites and social media platform

- Ensure digital and non-digital marketing materials are consistent with the brand of the company

- Manage the content budget of the company

- Ensure that the work is in accordance with established professional standards and remain abreast of emerging trends and best practices that can be incorporated into the function

- Collaborate with other sub-departments of Brand & Corporate Communication to develop and test new means of business continuity and enhancement

- Resolve any issues which may arise during the course of the different processes by liaising with various internal and external stakeholders

- Meet regularly with the reporting manager to report the status of ongoing activities, educate/inform them of emerging risks and/or exposures (whether internal or external to the company) that should be considered as part of their day-to-day workings

- Supervise and monitor subordinates and their workings on a day-to-day basis

- Supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within the team

- Perform any other tasks on ad-hoc basis as required by the reporting manager
