Opening for the position of Executive Assistant for Managing Director

Experience in the said role - 9-10 years

Location - Rajnandgaon , Chhattisgarh

The incumbent is expected to be from a premium b-school with exposure of the role of an EA to Managing Director

1. Preparation and review of all the major capital and revenue and correlate its impact on demography and business.

2. Coordinate and analyze monthly production, execution, highlight major deviation.

3. Coordinate the business unit heads for business performance against business plans and annual targets.

4. Prepare business strategy for next 5 years in changing business cycle and discuss with the MD and other directors and implement the same with the functional heads.

5. Closely work with marketing & finance department for projected inflow & outflow.

6. Strongly proficient in data analysis/ MIS to generate reports of various projects and departments.

Interested candidates should be from Business Management /Business Analyst / Data Analytics back ground who understands operations /mis/reports very well , and have strong expertise in handling stake holders
